Mango Lassie is a singer-songwriter based in the Inner Hebrides on the West Coast of Scotland. Her debut EP ‘Cycles’ is a collection of four songs, each of which was inspired by a cycle trip in one of four different locations around Scotland during each of the four seasons. Mango Lassie finds peace, comfort and inspiration in her beautifully wild surroundings which heavily influence her music. Her songwriting tends to be storytelling in nature; she hopes the use of vivid imagery conveyed in her lyrics combined with her playful melodies guide the listener into a state of relaxation that allows their mind to follow her on a journey as she explores the world by foot, bike and water.
