Artist Calum Wallis will lead a day of drawing in the landscape at Kilninian Beach. While geological change is slow, it can be observed if one looks closely. In this workshop you’ll make drawings which mark a point in time, giving a fixed point against which change can be measured a month, a year or ten years from now.

Step off the beaten track and into a different way of seeing Mull.

This free audio walk through Aros Park combines sound, storytelling and contemporary visual art in an immersive journey through the island’s layered ecological history. Collect your equipment from An Tobar and follow a self-guided route through woodland, shoreline and hidden corners of the park, encountering sculptural installations, environmental soundscapes and stories spanning thousands of years.

Created by Fast Familiar with Play:Vienna and An Tobar and Mull Theatre, and featuring the striking installation Spectrum of Belonging by Surface Agency, Invasive Species explores what it means to belong within a changing landscape shaped by migration, tourism, climate and human intervention.
